The Role As the Building Services Manager, you’ll: • Lead the delivery of mechanical engineering services and statutory compliance. • Supervise engineers and contractors to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met. • Act as the Qualified Supervisor for F-Gas, Gas Safe, and OFTEC accreditations. • Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to promote safety culture.
