Develop and maintain Safety Case Reports, Resident Engagement Strategies and Mandatory Occurrence Reporting systems. Produce and maintain building safety risk assessments relating to fire and structural failure. Identify hazards, assess risks and implement effective control measures. Escalate deficiencies and non-compliance issues where controls are inadequate. Create, review and maintain emergency plans for Higher Risk Buildings.
