Essential Skills & Qualifications Degree, HNC/HND or equal experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years'' experience in building services project engineering. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, BS standards, and health & safety legislation. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable Skills & Qualifications Membership of CIBSE, IET, or other relevant professional body.
