Building Services Engineer

Role: Mechanical Multi Skilled Engineer Shift Pattern: Shifts 8 hour basis. Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Type: Permanent Trevett Services are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer on a permanent basis, to work in a Automotive Head Quarters, starting as soon as possible based in Epsom with one of the UK''s leading Building Services company. Duties: Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running. Installation and modification of mechanical equipment. Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues. Operation and trouble shooting of mechanical systems including, AHU s, FCU s, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves and more. Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status. Requirements: Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment. City and Guilds qualification Level 3 Mechanical/ Electrical. Strong HVAC Knowlegde Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management. Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is ideal.
