The technical scope includes HV/LV power, ventilation, smoke control, BMS/SCADA, communications, fire systems, lighting, public health, lifts and architectural fit-out.     Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate multidisciplinary building-services packages Review mechanical and electrical designs and contractor submissions Manage interfaces between services, structures and architectural elements Support procurement and technical approvals Provide engineering input during site installation Respond to technical queries and proposed design changes Identify buildability and coordination risks Monitor quality and compliance Support testing, commissioning and integrated systems activities Liaise with subcontractors, designers and client representatives Assist with handover planning and completion documentation Provide guidance t...
