These will include offices, hospital, colleges as well as other commercial sites The right person for this position will already be an experienced commercial building services engineer. Able to deal with all on site health and safety, compliance as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance. This engineer needs to be holding a full UK driving licence and a mechanical or electrical qualification. Unfortunately, we can not look at fabric technicians for this position.
