The role involves a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, electrical installations, and general building services work across commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance. Complete electrical installations, repairs, testing, and fault finding. Work on: Lighting systems Alarm systems High and low voltage systems Rewiring projects AHUs and FCUs Power installations EICR testing Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
