Building Services EngineerLocation: Commerical office space in Central LondonHours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmSalary: 44,000 - 48,000 + OT The RoleWe are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias) to manage a prestigious static site in Central London. No travel required-stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Repair: Execute PPM schedules and respond to reactive breakdowns across lighting, power, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.Fault Finding: Diagnose technical issues quickly across both electrical and mechanical assets.Compliance: Conduct statutory testing (e.g., emergency lighting, fire alarms, water hygiene/L8) and log results via our digital CAFM system.Safety: Ensure all work adheres to HandS regulations, RAMS, and permit systems.RequirementsQualified: Level 3 NVQ/City and Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical).Experienced: Proven background in commercial building services.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
