Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer Location: Chelsea Salary: 40,000 to 48,000 Industry: Mechanical, HVAC Van Provided. An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join an engineering company with sites based in West London. The ideal candidate will have extensive PPM and reactive maintenance experience within commercial buildings ideally. You will also have experience testing fire alarms and similar systems within buildings. The role is mobile around West London but with minimal travel. You will sometimes work on the same site for the whole week or just a day at the same site. Building Services Engineer Key Skills: Experienced PPM Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar within the building services industry. Experience working in plant rooms, HVAC systems including BMS, FCUs, AHUs etc Repairs and breakdown experience Background in fire alarm and emergency lighting testing Small electrical and mechanical repairs Fault finding and diagnostics experience Building Services Engineer Responsibilities: Performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms Diagnosing and resolving system faults Maintaining clear communications with clients Handling small lighting and minor mechanical repairs Documentation and RAMS Emergency breakdown response If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Building Services Engineer, please apply with your latest CV. ..... full job details .....
