The successful candidate will have a strong multi-skilled background in building services, with experience across mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and general building maintenance. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, maintaining plant and equipment, and ensuring all building services operate safely and efficiently. The role will involve responding to reactive maintenance requests, identifying faults, completing repairs, and ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard and in line with relevant health and safety regulations.
