Building Services EngineerLocation: London / RomfordSalary: 44,000 per annum ( 21.50 per hour)Start Date: ASAPThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team, working across a range of commercial, retail and high-end residential properties throughout London.The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, testing and small installation works, with sites including offices, supermarkets, shopping centres and other commercial premises.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenanceFault finding and remedial worksEICR and emergency lighting testingFire alarm testingSmall installation worksResponding to helpdesk requestsMaintaining accurate service and maintenance recordsWorking professionally with clients, subcontractors and site teamsEssential RequirementsPrevious experience working across multiple commercial or similar sites18th Edition Wiring RegulationsCity and Guilds / NVQ Level 3ECS CardCandG 2391 or equivalentGood IT and computer skillsStrong fault-finding and communication skillsKnowledge of MVHRs, AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, heat pumps and hot water systems would be advantageous.ApplyIf you are an experienced Building Services Engineer looking for a varied role across London, we would be pleased to hear from you. 44,000 London / Romford ASAP Start Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
