Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a top FM provider in the UK. You’ll play a key role in maintaining critical building systems across a prestigious site, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all safety and contractual standards.

Key Duties:

• Deliver PPM and reactive works on M&E systems (AC, UPS, LV, Generators)
• Diagnose and resolve faults via BMS and alarm data
• Manage subcontractors and permit systems
• Maintain compliance with H&S and internal procedures
• Keep CAFM systems and plant documentation updated
• Ensure all plant rooms are clean, safe, and locked

Qualifications:

• 18th Edition or F-Gas
• C&G Level 2-3 or equivalent in Building Services
• Strong experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
