Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering 6 sites in London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 with company van etc

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Mobile Position in London

This position will be covering 6 very high end sites in London

The right person for this position will be an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer with experience in dealing with Compliance (fire alarms, sprinklers, water etc) as well as hvac maintenance, plant room maintenance, electrical maintenance and other general maintenance duties.

We do require this engineer to be holding a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical). It would be a major advantage if this person held the fgas certificate.

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence, however there could also be a potential opportunity for this position to work as foot mobile

Requirements

• Strong background as a commercial building services engineer
• Level 2 Mechanical or Electrical building services qualification
• Full UK driving licence is preferred
• Happy to cover sites in London
• Strong Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge
• Experience in dealing with high end clients
