Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer CAT A and CAT B Fit-OutsWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to join our growing team working on high-quality commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across the UK ranging from 200k - 3m.The role will involve the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical building services packages for commercial office refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed to programme, budget, and technical standards.PAYING 50K - 70K depending on experienceResponsibilitiesDesign and coordination of mechanical building services systems including:HVAC systemsDomestic water servicesAbove ground drainageHeating and chilled water pipeworkVentilation systemsProduction of mechanical drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentationCarry out design calculations, equipment sizing, and system selectionsCoordination with electrical, architectural, and structural disciplinesAttend design meetings, site surveys, and client coordination meetingsSupport projects from concept through to construction and handoverLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teamsEnsure designs comply with current regulations, British Standards, and client specificationsReview technical submissions and assist with value engineering where requiredCAT A Fit-Out ExperienceExperience with:Landlord shell and core upgradesOpen-plan office layoutsBase build mechanical servicesAir conditioning and ..... full job details .....
