The role will involve the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical building services packages for commercial office refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed to programme, budget, and technical standards. PAYING -50K - -70K depending on experience Responsibilities Design and coordination of mechanical building services systems including: HVAC systems Domestic water services Above ground drainage Heating and chilled water pipework Ventilation systems Production of mechanical drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation Carry out design calculations, equipment sizing, and system selections Coordination with electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines Attend design meetings, site surveys, and client coordination meetings Support projects from concept through to construction and handover Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, ...
