      <description>Location: Hove | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Building Services Contracts Manager Location: Brighton and Hove, BN3 (Hybrid set up - 4 days on site 1 from home) Contract Length: 3 Month Contract Payrate: £22.94 per hr. via PAYE OR £29/hr. via umbrella  Job purpose To manage and supervise the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance and minor project works across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, optimizing building performance, and maintaining accurate asset and compliance records. The role ensures value for money, operational efficiency, and safe, fit-for-purpose environments for all building users. Principal accountabilities  Undertake all aspects of the execution, supervision, implementation, and monitoring of Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) planned cyclical maintenance contracts and minor project/remedial MandE and planned cyclical and reactive building fabric works. Ensure that all MandE systems comply with appropriate Health and Safety (HandS) regulations and provide fire prevention, gas, and electrical safety always.
