Led by the Director of Estates, the department consists of Estates Management, Maintenance and Grounds and Gardens personnel. The purpose of the Estates Department is to ensure that the School sites provide a safe, attractive and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors. This is achieved by ensuring the real estate is routinely enhanced and kept in safe working order.
