A true multidisciplinary contractor design team working on a variety of building and civil engineering projects, retail, commercial, industrial, offices, medical and research facilities, to award-winning residential developments. You will provide design and commissioning coordination support, design and peer reviews, building physics and embodied carbon advice on various building and engineering projects, whilst supporting the contractor with site checking, verification and validation. Responsibilities Assess tender drawings and specifications for compliance to Building Regulations, Statutory, Health, Environment and Safety Legislation and Requirements. Evaluate pre-contract quotes and technical submissions, reporting on shortfalls, omissions, risk and opportunities. Provide practical support to construction teams.
