Building Safety Specialist

Our client is a highly respected organisation with a substantial national property portfolio, currently strengthening its building safety capability due to increased demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team that operates at pace, offers strong progression potential and provides exposure to complex, high-profile residential portfolios. Working alongside an experienced Head of Building Safety and a close-knit technical team, you will play a key oversight role, supporting investigations, advising on remediation, reviewing evidence for safety funding routes, working with legal teams on compliance matters and ensuring the accuracy of the Golden Thread across multiple buildings. You''ll also collaborate with fire safety, portfolio management, and external consultants to ensure safe and compliant delivery. Travel is minimal, limited to occasional visits to major cities throughout the year, with all expenses fully covered.
