An experienced Building Safety Manager who will join a highly regarded residential property and housing organisation responsible for a significant portfolio of residential assets. This is a key role within a dedicated Building Safety team, helping to ensure compliance with current and emerging building safety legislation while maintaining the highest standards of resident safety and engagement. Client Details Well-established housing organisation investing in safer homes. Description Lead building safety compliance across a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings. Ensure adherence to the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety legislation and regulatory requirements. Identify, assess and manage building safety risks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place. Maintain safety case reports, compliance records and associated documentation. Engage with residents to promote safety awareness and address concerns effectively. Oversee contractors and consultants delivering fire safety and compliance-related works. Liaise with regulators, enforcement bodies and other key stakeholders. Monitor building safety performance and track risk mitigation actions. Promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organisation. Conduct inspections of high-rise residential properties and review safety measures. Coordinate building safety improvement programmes and remedial actions.
