This is a key role within the Property and Building Safety function, with particular responsibility for ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, fire safety legislation and associated regulatory requirements, including the effective management of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). The Role Reporting to the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will lead a small technical team and provide specialist advice, assurance and challenge across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Managing Building Safety and Fire Safety compliance across the property portfolio.
