Reporting to the Principal Building Safety Manager, you will lead on building safety compliance, risk management and resident engagement activities across a residential property portfolio. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and residents to ensure robust safety management systems are in place and regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications for Higher Risk Buildings.
