This is a critical role where you will act (or support) as the Accountable Person/Principal Accountable Person, ensuring that building safety risks are effectively identified, managed and controlled in line with the Building Safety Act 2022. You will play a key role in embedding a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and keeping residents informed and safe.
