You will manage a programme of fire safety investment and remediation projects across the housing portfolio. Responsible for the delivery of fire risk actions rise, high (FRA) risk buildings, you will work or other key locations collaboratively. alongside two other Building Safety Managers, ensuring that Citizen is providing safe homes that are a foundation for life and strengthening safety and compliance. You will build strong relationships across Citizen, working with current and emerging work plans within fire safety, building key stakeholders to understand safety (asset planned programmes and in mechanical & electrical putting the fire safety elements to the organisation), plans per block.
