Title: Building Safety Management Consultant Location: Head Office (Commutable base) with UK-wide travel Salary - 52000 - 55000 + London Weighting Type: Full-time / Permanent The Opportunity The Company is a highly regarded and rapidly expanding specialist consultancy, currently seeking an experienced Building Safety professional to join their Field Operations team. This is a confidential search for a pivotal role where you will act as the technical lead on-site, guiding high-rise residential clients through the complexities of the Building Safety Act 2022. This is not a back-office compliance role. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end production of Building Safety Case Reports, combining physical site inspections with high-level strategic gap analysis.
