This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, technically focused environment, working closely with design teams and duty holders to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The Role You will play a key role in managing and coordinating design compliance from early design through to completion (RIBA Stages 2-6). This includes attending design team meetings, advising clients on their duties, monitoring risks to compliance and ensuring effective collaboration between all stakeholders. You will also support Building Control submissions, review design and contractor information and contribute to the "Golden Thread" of information.
