Building Safety Assurance Manager

TristoneNash are working with a large provider of Social Housing, to assist them with the recruitment of their new Building Safety Assurance Manager on a permanent basis. Working on a hybrid basis including from the office in Hampshire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of the organisations homes and services. Using your experience and expertise, you will lead and deliver the assurance programme with a focus on property compliance including but not limited to gas, electrical safety, fire, legionella, asbestos and lifts. You will help ensure all risks are managed and maintain all of the regulatory obligations of the organisation.
