Building Safety and Compliance ManagerUp to 500 per day, 3 Months Temporary to PermanentFull Time,Hertfordshire, UKSellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Safety and Compliance Manager to join a leading social housing organisation on an interim basis.This is an exciting opportunity for a building safety professional to lead on compliance, assurance and risk management across a varied residential property portfolio, including higher-risk and high-rise residential buildings.Key Responsibilities of Building Safety, Fire and Compliance Manager:Lead the delivery of building and fire safety compliance across residential housing stockDevelop and maintain Building Safety Cases and associated assurance processesOversee the Golden Thread of building safety information and regulatory reporting requirementsManage fire risk assessment programmes and remedial action plansWork closely with residents, contractors, consultants and regulatory bodies to promote a strong safety cultureProvide strategic advice on building safety, fire safety and compliance mattersLead and develop a specialist building safety teamMonitor compliance performance, safety risks and improvement programmes across the housing portfolio The Successful Building Safety Candidate Will HaveExperience managing building safety and fire safety within social housing, local government or a similar residential environmentStrong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Order and ..... full job details .....
