The Building Regulations Consultant Role As a Building Regulations Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Building Regulations and compliance, working across sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure regulatory compliance from planning through to project completion. Key Responsibilities of the Building Regulations Consultant Provide expert Building Regulations guidance across a range of projects.Review and assess technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance.Work closely with architects, contractors, and project teams to integrate compliance requirements.Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor regulatory adherence during construction.Stay updated on changes to Building Regulations and industry standards.Provide technical reports and recommendations to ensure best practices.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the consultancy.
