Job Title: Principal / Associate Consultant - Building Physics, Carbon and Energy Location: LondonJob Type: PermanentSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Building Physics to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing services and delivering advanced building physics consultancy services, with a focus on energy modeling, double materiality assessments, and sustainable design strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage building physics projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.- Conduct detailed energy modeling and analysis using tools such as IES to optimize building performance.- Perform double materiality assessments to evaluate the environmental and financial impacts of building materials and design choices.- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate building physics principles into MNE (Mechanical, Electrical, and Environmental) engineering projects.- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to the development of the building physics practice.- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and maintain strong professional relationships.
