This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-performance engineering services across multiple client sites, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.


The Role
 

• Act as the Building Performance Engineer on the Wakefield Council contract, ensuring effective management of facilities engineering services.
• Support the Compliance Manager in delivering high-performing engineering services across client sites.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and guide regional managers on statutory compliance.
• Monitor facility occupancy and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Provide technical support on energy and sustainability innovations.

 


You
 

• 5+ years of experience in managing multi-site FM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of compliance practices and auditing in corporate environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Health and Safety qualifications, engineering qualifications preferred.
• Ability to influence change and mentor others.
