The Role As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities services, ensuring operational excellence across the site. This is a Multi-Site Building role - you will have direct responsibility of managing 2 Civic Buildings in Essex/East London area. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of health and safety, compliance and building management, while providing strong leadership to a small facilities team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small facilities team, managing performance and day-to-day activities. Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities. Ensure full compliance with all health and safety and statutory regulations. Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes. Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
