Working client-side on behalf of the building owner, you''ll be the visible on-site presence, taking ownership of building operations, maintenance, contractor coordination, compliance and the day-to-day experience of occupiers. You''ll work closely with the managing agent and a Regional Facilities Manager while having the autonomy to manage activity on site, identify issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
