Basingstoke On-site Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm £35,000-£40,000 About the OpportunityAn excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial or residential Building Manager, or a Facilities or Property Manager with transferable experience, to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a prominent multi-tenanted office building in Basingstoke. Working client-side on behalf of the building owner, you''ll be the visible on-site presence, taking ownership of building operations, maintenance, contractor coordination, compliance and the day-to-day experience of occupiers. You''ll work closely with the managing agent and a Regional Facilities Manager while having the autonomy to manage activity on site, identify issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
