This is the ideal opportunity for a candidate who has proven work experience delivering high-quality facilities management in the commercial sector. Responsibilities as a Building Manager  Managing all hard and soft services over multiple sites, planned and reactive maintenance. Managing relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers, including regular meetings. Completing regular building inspections, daily safety checks and risk assessment tours.
