You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring an exceptional resident experience while maintaining high operational, compliance, and service standards. This is a hands-on role within a small and agile Build to Rent community. You will be responsible for community engagement, tenancy progression, maintenance coordination, contractor management, compliance monitoring, and supporting leasing performance. Working closely with the Asset Manager, you will contribute to resident satisfaction, occupancy performance, and the overall success of the asset.
