This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, ensuring the building remains safe, compliant and exceptionally maintained. As the lead for all building-related matters, you''ll oversee health and safety, building compliance, maintenance and contractor management, helping to protect this important asset and ensure it operates to the highest standards. No two days will be the same. You''ll oversee critical building systems, manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes, coordinate specialist contractors and ensure compliance with a wide range of statutory obligations. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, you''ll identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive excellence across every aspect of the building''s operation. Key responsibilities Lead the operational management of the building and its communal areas. Ensure compliance with all statutory health and safety requirements.
