About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and reliable

Building Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our property located at B1 area BIRMINGHAM. You will ensure the building is well-maintained, compliant with health and safety standards, and provides a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and contractors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee building operations, maintenance, and repairs

Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies

Manage budgets, invoices, and maintenance schedules

Maintain security, cleanliness, and presentation of the building

Ensure all statutory testing and certification is up to date

About You:Proven experience in building or facilities management

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

Excellent communication and organisational skills
