The successful candidate will be experienced with BMS platforms and proven in configuring, commissioning and fault-finding on Trend and Tridium systems. Key responsibilities Install, configure and commission BMS controllers, field devices and associated networks. Program, modify and troubleshoot Trend and Tridium (Niagara) systems to meet building operational requirements. Perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and corrective repairs on BMS hardware and software. Monitor system performance, tune control strategies and implement energy-saving measures. Produce clear technical documentation, wiring diagrams, site reports and commissioning records. Provide on-site and remote support to building services and facilities teams, including planned works and emergency response.
