Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established maintenance contractor specialising in affordable housing repairs and maintenance services.We''re looking to speak to skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.Role Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenanceDelivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplinesWorking closely with residents and providing excellent customer serviceUsing mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reportsEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Ideal Candidate NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar)Multi-trade maintenance experienceKnowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environmentsStrong customer service skillsExperience using PDA or mobile job management systemsFull UK Driving Licence (essential) This is a full time, permanent role paying around £45,000.If interested please apply or contact Laura on (url removed) ..... full job details .....
