This role would suit an individual with experience within building maintenance, refurbishment, facilities management or construction who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and varied environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the delivery of reactive maintenance works, planned projects and minor refurbishment activities across a range of commercial, public sector and government clients.
