You''ll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Role Responsibilities Conduct pre- and post-inspections on internal and external tenanted propertiesSupervise and coordinate subcontractors across multiple workstreamsOversee planned, cyclical, and responsive repairs to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryEnsure all works meet industry standards and building regulationsLog works and generates reports using PDA systems and ExcelProvide excellent customer care and resolve issues professionallyMonitor productivity, resource allocation, and contract profitabilityConduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and complianceCompile management reports on operational activities and ..... full job details .....
