Building Information Modelling (BIM Manager)

We are currently recruiting for a Building Information Modelling Manager (BIM) to join a UK Gov department on a contract basis, 12 months, Hybrid working in any of the below offices listed: Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool, Glasgow

Hybrid Working - Weekly attendance to any of the listed offices

Revit | Navisworks Manage | BIM 360 | Autodesk Construction Cloud | Asite | Viewpoint | ProjectWise | COBie | IFC | AutoCAD | Power BI | Microsoft Office

If you have strong BIM leadership experience and a proven track record in information management and digital delivery, we would be keen to hear from you.

• Proven experience delivering BIM strategies in line with ISO 19650.
• Strong knowledge of asset information standards and BIM assurance.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks experience.
• Experience with CDE platforms and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience integrating BIM with CAFM/IWMS systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Previous leadership experience within BIM or digital delivery.

• Asset or facilities management experience.
• Experience working with BIM consultants and supply chain partners.
• Knowledge of BIM applications within CDM and health & safety.
• Experience with Dynamo and/or Solibri.
• Familiarity with multiple CDE platforms.
