St Giles Trust is looking for motivated and empathetic Building Futures Mentors to join our Education and Outreach team in Leeds. Working directly within secondary schools, you will provide one-to-one mentoring to young people in Years 8 to 10, helping them develop the skills, confidence and aspirations needed to succeed in education and beyond. The Building Futures programme, funded by the Youth Futures Foundation (YFF), supports young people who may be at risk of disengaging from education and facing poorer long-term employment outcomes.
