DutiesAs a suitably experienced building fabric technician - general builder, ideally with a carpentry background, you will be working on site at a major manufacturing facility in Towcester, NN12 8EQ. Responsibilities will be to carry out a broad range of general construction works with the purpose of maintaining the building fabric of a variety of mixed-use buildings. Typical duties will include carpentry, painting, plaster patching, very basic plumbing, changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, moving office furniture, pest control, along with other general repairs to the building fabric and ancillary equipment as necessary and as required.
