Due to increased work volumes, we are actively recruiting for a Building Fabric Surveyor / Estimator, to be based from Sutton, Greater London. The Building Fabric Surveyor will work as part of our project team, responsible for visiting client sites, carrying out initial surveys / inspections of sites / works and providing detailed estimates and quotes for a wide variety of building fabric related projects within commercial environments. This role will involve travel to client sites very frequently, however you will also be responsible for quoting / estimating small works, therefore you must be comfortable with IT equipment / be computer literate. Employment Package: Role: Building Fabric Surveyor / Estimator Salary: -50,000 - -55,000 dependant on experience. Location: Sutton, Greater London - with travel across the South East. Provided: Company car, fuel/charge card, company pension etc. Holidays: 21 days + 8 bank holidays (total 29 days). Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm. C... Permanent
