Building Fabric SupervisorLocation: HorshamSalary: 43,500- 44,500 per annum + company vehicleHours: 40 hours per weekThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Supervisor to oversee reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), void works and minor projects across a varied property portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesSurvey properties and voids, diagnose defects and identify required repairs and compliance issues.Prepare detailed scopes of work, specifications, quotations and project programmes.Manage void works and minor projects from initial inspection through to completion and handover.Coordinate operatives, subcontractors, materials, access and schedules.Provide technical advice to clients on repair options, risks, costs and practical solutions.Supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship, productivity and safety.Carry out quality inspections, manage snagging and ensure defects are rectified.Maintain accurate job records, progress updates, variations and completion documentation using relevant IT systems.Identify risks relating to asbestos, structural integrity, fire safety and building services, escalating where necessary.Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments and method statements.Deliver toolbox talks and workplace assessments, with out-of-hours call-out support as required.Essential RequirementsRecognised qualification in building fabric, construction or a relevant trade.Minimum ..... full job details .....
