As an Arcus Building Fabric Specialist, you''ll work across multiple client sites in your area, ensuring facilities are safe, fully functional, and well-maintained.This is a mobile role that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to showcase your expertise in a range of building fabric tasks.Responsibilities

Deliver effective repairs and maintenance work to a high standardRespond to reactive issues promptly and professionallyMaintain clear documentation using handheld IT systemsSupport customer satisfaction through excellent service deliveryWhat you’ll need

Essential:Time-served, hands-on experience in multiple trades (ideally in a fabric maintenance role)NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant tradeA valid UK driver''s licenceConfidence working independently and in customer-facing environmentsComfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentationSolid knowledge of health and safety standardsDesirable:Experience in retail or multi-site maintenance environmentsCore trade skills

Patch plastering and renderingCarpentry and joineryFloor and wall coverings (tiling, vinyl etc)Basic plumbingChanging locks and fittingsGeneral fabric repairsWhile you don''t need to be an expert in every area, we''re looking for someone with solid, practical experience across a range of disciplines.Additional info
