We are currently recruiting for a-Building Fabric Estimator / Small Works Estimator to join a large, highly successful building and maintenance service provider based in Surrey.- As the-Building Fabric / Small Works Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing small works projects between values of -1,000 - -100,000 values, with a large majority being minor works. Your role will be a 50/50 split (self managed) between the head office in Surrey and travelling to client sites to carry out full surveys and inspections. You will be visiting Pubs, Retail Stores, Restaurants, Gyms, Coffee Shops, Nurseries and other similar commercial use environments, recommending a wide range of works such as; Flooring installations / replacement, re-grouting etc. Installations of fire doors and fire safety assessments.
