Do you have either a Carpentry or Plumbing qualifications with other trade skills such as painting, patch plastering, Tiling if so this role could be great for you. Working for one of the regions leading Facilities Services providers you will be part of a team of Building Fabric Engineers covering planned and reactive maintenance as well as small and minor works to commercial buildings in Bristol. Sites will include Offices, Leisure Centres and Schools. Duties will be Planned and Reactive Maintenance such as - Taps, Basins, Toilets, Fixing leaks, doors, locks, and making good areas of repairs.
